I'm 6'4" slim male. I ordered a Medium and it's perfect. I usually wear a medium sized tshirt. This jacket is slim cut. Quality exceeds my expectations. It's slightly thicker material then I had anticipated. It looks great with a T-shirt or slim cut collared shirt.
